Stage 1 - "It won't happen to me" - Safety presentation;
Stage 2 - "A day in the life of James" - Spend a day with James and discover how hard life can be after a serious workplace accident;
Stage 3 - Report of findings.
During the Stage 2 presentation and workshop, participants are encouraged to complete a questionnaire. This information is then collated and presented to senior management. Created as a power point presentation, the findings can be used as further discussion opportunities at safety meetings across the organisation. This allows serious issues to be addressed in a non-threatening manner, which can be a vital step in the prevention of serious workplace accidents and incidents.
