Hi Everyone. Some of you know that i live in the Yarra Valley in Victoria. The fires have caused major damage and destruction down here.

I just want you all to know that me and my family are well, we have suffered some collateral damge, Both my mum and my sister have probably lost their homes in the Kinglake fires.

But as i said, we are all safe and well. Others in the area have not!!!

My house is still standing for now, we have fires in the hill beyond where i live but for now the house and my growing collection of old cars is safe and sound.

Times like this make you really assess how you act and react to your safety and the safety of others. I'll write more about this in the next newsletter, but for now i just want you all to know that things are ok and I'm safe.
