Regular Communication
Wednesday, July 29, 2009 at 12:21 PM Ok now I am going to admit that I do not get on here as much as Ishould. One of the things that I have heard and been told many times is that regular communication builds strong friendships, relationships & partnerships.
I have used this website to share information far too infrequently! And I am making a commitment to change.
Have you ever made a commitment & really kept it? I would have to say that this is one of my weak points. Too many times I have said I will do something but not done it! So here is my chance to publically get my act together. Feel free to make your own commitment to do something, especially if you work with others and have a role in helping them stay safe.
So here's to my commitment. I will probably end up waffling about anything & everything, but it will be all a bit of fun, feel free to join in with your comments.

Hello everyone, this week I am in WA at a site in the Kimberley's it is a nice change to the cold weather that Melbourne is having at this time of year.
I normally travel by myself, so was surprised to be met at the airport by a guy calle Dan. Dan is a fellow wheelchair user, only recently i might add.
it has been good to share some information with Dan about how i do things & how things will get easier for him as he gets stronger and more used to doing things in his "New" way.
It has also allowed me to reflect on where I am today & how i got here. Some days it is just plain hard work, but in the end it pays off.
Keep up the effort Dan, you will get there, your attitude is fantastic & your body will play the game eventually.
