The training was a perfect way of showing our employees that safety was a primary consideration when undertaking a task and that they were part of an informed decision making safety process in the work activities they undertook. It was well  received by the workforce and  had a positive impact on the site safety statistics.

It was very important for Alcan to establish the benchmark of "EHS FIRST " . G3 employed a large construction workforce that have come to site with each of their own behaviours and values. Therefore, It was important for the project to clearly identify each person's responsibilities and EHS FIRST expectations."
