The training was a perfect way of showing our employees that safety was a primary consideration when undertaking a task and that they were part of an informed decision making safety process in the work activities they undertook. It was well  received by the workforce and  had a positive impact on the site safety statistics.

It was very important for Alcan to establish the benchmark of "EHS FIRST " . G3 employed a large construction workforce that have come to site with each of their own behaviours and values.
